Qualifications:

 Advanced English & Spanish reading, writing and speaking skills.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Self motivator.

Experience in Clerical, Office, Computers and Simple Accounting.

Must be Honest, Logical and Punctual.

Be Pro-Active in their thinking.

The ability to perform several tasks at one time.

Great listening skills.

Minimum 1 year experience in related field.

Personal and Professional references required.

 Job Description:

 Assist the owner of a start-up textile company in the daily operations of the company.

Duties will include (but not limited to);

Scheduling appointments.

Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.

Identifying potential problems and solving them before they occur.

Coordinating with the suppliers, manufacturers and shippers of the trade.

Salary to be based on qualifications.
