Responsibilities:
- Manage a business partner service delivery network with partners located across the Peru.

Requirements:

Background/General Description

The Information Solutions Group (ISG) is the Information Technology Vice Presidency within the World Bank. We provide core IT infrastructure and business application services to the World Bank Group (WBG).
Major Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement Email policies, standards, and procedures to support the Business of the World Bank.
- Support the administration of the Email system, this include the engineering, architecture, standard build, operations, security, disaster recovery and business continuity. The scope of this work includes 16000+ users, 120+ country offices in the world, and 24×7 operation. The Email System is based on Lotus Notes technology.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of programs and solutions. Manages a portfolio of multiple projects insuring integration of all aspects of the design, development and implementation of projects.
Selection Criteria include:
- Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline with IT focus or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- At least 15 years of experience and expert knowledge of information systems and operational processes across several platforms; comprehensive knowledge of multiple technical disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex EMail messaging system and an in depth understanding of Lotus Notes EMail system.

Responsibilities
The CPM is responsible for all project activities during the project phases his /
her assignment applies to.
The responsibility mainly consists of planning, setting up, and executing the
project activities, ensuring that the project goals are met and that the
customer’s business requirements are fulfilled.
The CPM has the overall responsibility to achieve the project goals with
respect to functions, time and budget, and for the progress of the project.
He/she administrates plans, risk handling, resource issues and reports to the
project sponsor.
The CPM should also manage the customer relation and the customer’s
expectations and thus handle changes together with the requirements for the
projects as described in the project specification. Handling expectations is
extremely important to get a satisfied customer.
The CPM can have project staff members as support and delegate project
tasks, but the CPM retains accountability.
Main activities
The customer project manager is responsible for all the activities for managing the project towards its
goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality. This includes monitoring and
controlling project progress and deliveries, and focusing on the needs and priorities
of the customer and other important project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Academic degree coupled with at least 6 years of qualified experience, including sizeable project management experience
- Managerial experience is expected, at middle management level or senior management level
- In-depth technical skills related to the subject area.
- Possess a deep knowledge about the situation in the telecom industry and general market knowledge about the customers and their technical development stage.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
